Our Data
In 2019 we began using two surveys, 1) Team Effectiveness, 2) Team Trust, to determine the health of our School Leadership Team. These surveys are taken at the beginning, the middle, and the end of the school year and tell us successes and areas for growth amongst our SLT. Below are Fall data from 2019 and 2020.

What Our Leaders are Reading and Listening To
Gallup Strengths Finder
Knowing your strengths as an individual, regardless of whether or not you hold a leadership position, is important. Knowing your strengths can help you to achieve success in your personal and professional lives. Our leaders utilize Gallup Strengths Finder to determine their top 5 leadership strengths and then find ways to utilize those strengths in their work. In December, our SLT will reengage with the Strengths Finder to find where our team collectively is strong and what opportunities we have for building a more well-rounded team.
