Favorite thing about East High: I love that when I came from Hoyt to EHS I got to teach some of my students for 7 years, & I love the diversity and it has enriched the life my parents blessed me with.
What hobbies or free time activities you enjoy: I love being a mother, reading, and swimming. I am active in church and with extra curricular activities at East. I hope to learn to knit now that my kids are in college. I love to travel with my youngest son to his triathlons and look forward to traveling with my oldest son for pure adventure and enjoyment

About Me: I have taught photo here for the last 10 years and 3D art for the last 2… I worked at the I–Cubs for 11 years so I’m a big Cubs fan… I am a Mary Kay Consultant… I’m married to my best friend Chuck and have a son Dakota (NHS 2014 & Eagle Scout) and stepson Dakota/Koty (EHS 2016 & Eagle Scout) plus an honorary daughter, Jerrica (EHS 2015)… I like to build things and take pictures and draw (portraits mostly) and we were a Scouting family for so long I love nature, real camping and the environment
