Technology Troubleshooting for Students and Parents
We know that there have been some questions about technical difficulties and other issues arising with the students devices.

For Canvas related issues, please reach out to your teacher for support. You can also learn more about Canvas here: https://dmschools.instructure.com/enroll/R3GRFA Use your school email and password to access the course.
If issues still arise:
- Email EastTech@dmschools.org This email is setup to help students with non-emergency tech support related to their laptop of district provided wi-fi device.
- Call 515-706-3163 if the laptop computer or district provided wi-fi device is not working at all or if you are unable to login to your device.

While DMPS is no longer accepting requests for WiFi service for students, you can subscribe to internet through Mediacom at a reduced cost. If you need internet access, please follow this link to subscribe to Mediacom’s Internet Service: https://mediacomc2c.com/
If you have circumstances that prevent you from being able to receive services from Mediacom, please contact 515-242-8221.
