How To Ride DART
Des Moines Area Regional Transit Authority (DART) busses serve selected middle and high schools.
Eligible and assigned students are issued a “Ride DART Free” sticker for their student ID allowing access to regular and special to/from school DART routes.
All other middle and high school students may ride regular DART routes with their student ID after 4:00pm on weekdays, on weekends, and during breaks at no charge (no sticker needed).
Students riding DART buses should watch the video to the right for helpful tips. Or, if you prefer print out DART’s How To Ride Guide, here is the pdf file.
